This call is all about you. Our goal? To figure out if it makes sense to move forward together in what we call a strategy session. Now, I might not be the right fit for your needs, and if that's the case, we'll wrap up early. I'm here to see if I can genuinely help you out in purchasing your dream property.

We conduct an in-depth analysis of your requirements to understand your must-haves and should-haves in a desirable property. This includes considering your budget, asset type, and location preferences to draft a comprehensive "Buyer’s Brief." Additionally, we review the current state of your portfolio (if any) and align with your end goals. Our aim is to develop a clear strategy to identify properties that best meet your requirements within the current market. 

Based on the agreed strategy, we utilize various tools, data points, and market conditions to identify the optimal locations for your investment and provide location recommendations. Upon receiving your approval, we liaise with our real estate contacts in the selected areas to source properties that meet your requirements. We then inspect the shortlisted properties on your behalf and advise if any further investigation or clarification is needed. 

We conduct thorough due diligence on the shortlisted property that passes our initial evaluation and meets our criteria. Upon satisfactory completion of due diligence, we perform a detailed comparative market analysis to determine the property's true value in the current market. Leveraging our negotiation expertise, we secure the best possible price and terms, ensuring decisions are driven by data and strategy rather than emotion.

Upon offer acceptance, we connect you with relevant professionals engaged from offer acceptance till settlement and liaise on your behalf. We make sure the purchase process is smooth and any issues arising from building and pest inspection reports, strata reports, pool safety certificates are considered carefully and if needed, price is further negotiated. We do pre-settlement inspections on your behalf and organise key collection after settlement.

We assist with periodic portfolio reviews to ensure your progress aligns with your long-term goals. Additionally, we share valuable tips and insights gained from our experience to enhance your investment journey.
